Honestly? Still early.
No flagship game out yet — just a name we intend to make mean something.
Right now Boon Square is a small co-development team keeping the lights on, an original world taking shape behind the scenes, and a publishing arm — The Boon Circle — already helping an indie team ship their game. Not much to show yet in the way of first-party releases. That’s fine. Good IP takes longer to build right than to announce.
The plan is a long one: build worlds meant to outlast a single release, publish other teams’ games instead of just our own, and take on co-development work in between to keep it all funded. No grand mission statement — just don’t waste anyone’s time.
Everybody wins
Whether you’re a player, an employee, a partner, or someone learning about Boon Square for the first time — we want you to feel valued, and like this is a boon to you.
Built to last, not to launch
Good IP should still mean something in ten years. We plan for that from day one instead of bolting it on after something happens to work.
Genuine. Intentional. Creative.
We’ll poke fun at ourselves and at the industry — never at a specific person, team, or competitor. Blunt is fine. Cruel isn’t.
No dark patterns
No manufactured scarcity, no FOMO dressed up as marketing. If a deal only works because someone didn’t have time to think it over, it’s not a deal we want.
